The driver drove over my personal belongings causing significant damage, including crushing my cellphone, and I was told “sorry our insurance does not cover anything that was not inside the vehicle” and that the only recourse I could take would be claiming from the driver personally. I find this completely unacceptable from a company who is in the charge of the safely and security of their customers and their belongings.
